Deep Clean

Everything in a Standard Clean, plus a more thorough top-to-bottom dusting and the jobs that take the most time and care.

Inside of the oven cleaned
Cabinet exteriors — drawers, doors & handles cleaned
Doors and door casings, including hinges and jambs

Cleaning inside the refrigerator is an optional add-on (+$88).

Move-In / Move-Out Clean

Everything in a Deep Clean, taken one layer deeper — the goal is to erase every trace of the previous occupants, down to the last hair in the medicine cabinet.

Move-in / move-out cleans are performed only on vacant homes with working electricity and water.

Short-Term Rental (Airbnb) Clean

Appliance exteriors, stovetops, countertops, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, glass doors, bathtubs & faucets cleaned, polished & disinfected
Outdoor furniture cleaned
Carpets, upholstery, and furniture vacuumed
All floors mopped
Light dusting of ceiling fans, light fixtures & windowsills
Dishes washed
Garbage emptied, removed, and relined with fresh bags
Bedding, hand towels & small rugs laundered and reset for the next guests
Light cleaning of oven, refrigerator, microwave & toaster/toaster oven
